Welcome to Mquizstores, By placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE.


BUSINESS INFORMATION

Mquizstores is an online gift store based in Nairobi, Kenya, offering a variety of curated gift items.

We operate through:

 ·Social media Platforms (Instagram and Facebook) @mquiz_stores (links at the footer)

 ·Third-party marketplaces (Kilimall,Yaha, Jiji)

·Pop-Up events (coming soon)

 

Business Ownership and Payment Information

Mquizstores operates under and is managed by Mquiz Collection.

All transactions, including payments and confirmations, may be processed under the name Mquiz Collection

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that payment details and transaction references may reflect Mquiz Collection and not Mquiz Stores.

  

PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date.

However:

  1. · Product colours may slightly vary due to lighting and screen differences.
  2. · Product availability is subjected to change without notice.
  3. · We reserve the right to modify product details at any time.
  4. · Some of the images used for description purposes, we do not fully own the copyright thus we have no intention of breaching the copyright
  5. ·We are not affliated by the brands showcased unless stated on the product description.

If you come across the copyright breach of an image that you fully own, you may contact as at hello@mquizstores.com or via website and we shall take it down within the next 72 hours. 

PRICING AND PAYMENTS

· All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSH)

· Prices may change without prior notice.

                  IV).Platform-based payments (e.g. kilimall checkout)

Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation unless stated otherwise. 

ORDER PLACEMENT, COFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION

· Strictly orders can be placed via our website or partner platforms.

· Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via call, SMS or email.

· We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order due to:

I). Product unavailability

II).Incorrect Pricing

III).Suspicious or fraudlent activity

An order is eligible for cancellation only if it has not yet been dispatched, by notifying us through our contact details hello@mquizstores.com or via our website

 

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

Currently we deliver within Kenya only.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  1. · Central Kenya: 24 hours within working days
  2. · Outside Central Kenya: 1-2 working days

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. · Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors such as public holidays, weather conditions or high volumes.
  2. · Delays may occur during festive seasons and customers will be notified where possible.

Delivery charges (if applicable) will be communicated at checkout or order confirmation.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

However, returns and exchanges are subjected to the following conditions:

Eligible Returns

  1. ·Wrong item delivered

       ·Damaged or defective item

Conditions

  1. ·Must be reported within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  2. ·Item must be unused and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Cases

  1. ·Change of mind after purchase.
  2. ·Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  3. · Misunderstanding of product contents (customers are advised to check the product description/packaging details or inquire before ordering, as such cases are not eligible for return)

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTY

Unless otherwise stated:

  1. ·Products are sold as-is.
  2. ·Any available warranty (e.g., for watch sets) will be clearly indicated on the product or during purchase.

  3. · Receiving the order at the agreed delivery time.

Failure to comply may result in delays or order cancellation.
